Aaaw!

I agree reed with you, there is a lovely melancholy to this, particularly since the death of the wonderful Elizabeth Sladen. Gorgeous work. :)

I left the UK in '89 to wander about aimlessly so I never had the pleasure Elizabeth Sladen's spin-off :(  (I admit to being more of a Leela/Louise Jameson fan Drool a true tonic for a horny 15 year old!)

The popularity of this picture (off :devart:) still amazes me... I've had PMs from several universities asking to include this in their archives :wtf: ... Makes me worry about today's universities!

:D

I can easily understand it's popularity, it's funny and poignant, and beautifully composed. And I really do recommend the Sarah Jane Adventures, they are proper Doctor Who stories. :)

Sad?
Not at all!
There is an element of melancholy, like the passing of Woolworths. No, I disagree!
HMV should live on though. Nod

Emoticons can't express the emotions I'm going through...I need to pee!!! :? (Confused)

Anyway, good work!

lol, she had this huge solid RCA Victor combination radio and record player in her living room...it played 78, 45, 33and 1/3s, and something I've never seen 16 rpm records...when we cleaned out her place after she passed, it took four of us to lift the damn thing, which hadn't worked since the 70's...I'm starting to get worried that the packrat gene may be inherited, I've got a corner of the basement filled with useless crap too...Confused OMG!

Bald....Never!!! I give myself a crewe cut every 3 weeks, started going grey when I was 18....Hair like fuse wire, in fact I use the dog's hair clippers to cut it (I've broken too many "human" ones)  .... I highly recommend dog hair clippers, I'd imagine they're akin to military issue.

possibly, I always just went to the base barber...they usually knew what they were doing...although I did inherit dad's thick curly hair...and it's always been much easier to take care of short...much to the Dragon Queen's dismay, when ever she began to run her fingers through the curls, I knew it was time to hit the barber...of course now that I'm retired....EVIL Laughter!

Clever interpretation and yes, melancholy.  On the bright side he does see his master again as the 10th Doctor, plus he has his good friend and Mistress, Sarah Jane (though she too is most heartfelt missed).

You're a "Glass half full" kinda guy NICELabs:tip-hat:  ... Aren't we forgetting that he blew himself up for the 10th (Personally, I would've used Rose).
Just been listening to "The Light at the End" :squee:  Tom Baker is the man!!!

But he was repaired and rebuilt and left with Sarah Jane and had a recurring role in her Adventures :)

(kinda agree about Rose too... she was ok, but I think my least favorite of the companions)
